What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service Call:
• Our HVAC technician will diagnose the issue that your furnace is having and provide options on what it would cost to repair the unit.
Maintenance:
• Our HVAC technician will perform maintenance on your HVAC unit based on maintenance package requested. All maintenances come with a full safety inspection on all the systems. After the appointment, he will create a full document of what was performed and any recommendations on keeping your HVAC unit in the best condition.
Inspection:
• When our tech arrives for an inspection, he will take the time to thurley inspect every aspect of the HVAC unit to make everything is functioning properly. Meanwhile, he will write an inspection report to provide to our customer at the end of the appointment.
Free Estimate:
• A sales technician will do a free in-home estimate for replacement or installation of a new HVAC unit. Options that are offered are based on efficiency, quality, and price. If there are any PUD, Carrier or Energy Trust of Oregon and Oregon Trust of Washington incentives and rebates available, our tech will discuss those with our client as well.
Installation:
• We will go over the contract before the installation, and schedule a date and time for our HVAC Installer(s) to a arrive. Depending on the complexity of the install, it may take anywhere from 1 to 2 days of installation. Once the install is complete, our office will register the warranty of the unit and provide the documentation to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians undergo a full on the job training and are EPA and NATE certified. Each technician is highly skilled in the area of their expertise and pride the work they do.
