Carissa joined our team as a backup floater cleaner in November of 2024. With 22 short term rentals in Tulsa and a handful more outside of the city, we have always needed a couple of backup cleaners on call due to the inconsistency and unreliability of some cleaners. This can be a significant barrier when aiming for 5-star reviews. However, Carissas dedication to achieving greatness has stood out from day one. Her understanding of the importance of achieving 5-star reviews and her efforts to maintain high standards have been invaluable. Now, almost a year later, with 48 properties in Oklahoma and all 4 and 5-star reviews, we no longer have to worry about laundry, towels, sheets, or finding reliable cleaners, thanks to Carissa. She is an essential and highly valued member of our team, and if I could, I would give her more than 5 stars!
