What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the initial consultation/quote on the scope of work required. When terms and work are agreed upon, a start date is reserved with 1/3 of project price as down payment. When work is finished, final inspection by homeowner and finishing touches. Then remaining 2/3 payment is required upon successful completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in tile and flooring installation for 8 years. I attend workshops held by nationwide tile distributors, and well as follow tile and flooring guidelines established by TCNA (Tile Council of North America.
