What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and give a free written estimate and help them decide on how they would like the work done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my training with electrical through tulsa tech in high school. I then enlisted in the Navy and went to Electricians Mate A school. Then once my enlistment was over I enrolled in the IEC (independent electrical contractor) school
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have an hourly rate of $65. I give free estimates and offer 10% veteran and senior discounts
How did you get started in this business?
My dad was a plumber and during the summer I would go to work with him. He would have me work with the other tradesmen when he didnt have anything for me to do so I could figure out what I like to work on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with commercial and residential customers with all types of electrical work. From a simple switch repair to a complete rewire
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed, insured and bonded according to the state regulations
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what they would like done. They professional can help in some aspects of a job. But if the customer doesn't know what they want we cant help them.
