I really enjoy working people, collaborating ideas and bringing my clients projects to life! Some people like the work, because of the money you can make and that’s true to some degree we all have to feed our families.
But for me I Love doing construction, I like taking something raw and creating something that will last for years to come. Another benefit is that I always learn something new and it's also great to know that my client’s dreams have been brought to reality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our future customer face to face and LISTEN to them carefully! That way we can get a full scope of what they need done. What deadlines exist? Our goal is to convey to them that we are a Trustworthy company and that we have their best interest in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have essentially been in the construction business our entire adult life. We learned basic carpentry and framing while in High School and never looked back. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We do residential or commercial projects and no job is too small. We can build a house from the ground up or renovate an already existing home. We also specialize in new roof installs. If you need a residential or commercial remodel or new construction done we are the company to call.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A few months ago we volunteered and received the privilege to help an elderly single widow clean up her property, clean the gutters and make her property presentable. To see the smile she had, seeing everything after we were done, was quite rewarding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating than working with a contractor that you can't ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) What is my budget?
2) When do I want this project completed? Is it a realistic time frame?
3) Is the contractor giving me their word or writing it on a contract spelling out what task will be fulfilled?
4) Who’s managing the project?
5) Is the contractor insured? (General liability etc.)
6) Does the contractor have references from previous customers that you can either talk with or see the work in person?
