We are a home improvement retail store with installed sales, for additional help to our customers. We can get done whatever we sell in our store & more for you! We sell Benjamin Moire paints, Hunter Douglas Blinds, any type of flooring, to sell & install countertops. We also do kitchen & bath remodeling & offer Interior Design if the customer would like. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to them about there job that are are interested in getting done or the products that they are needing. We then schedule an appointment to meet with them to go over there project or we have them come in & pickup there materials. If it is a project that we are working with them on, we then help them pick out there products & get them a price. We then move forward with their project to get done what they had wanted done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been in this industry for over 43 years of my life. I learn something new almost every day, of which I use towards making my customers projects come out even better than they thought.

All jobs are priced accordingly to the job, as all jobs are different!
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a painter back in 1976. I bought my store in 1989 & have been working in the remodeling industry all my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done all types of projects, from new construction, remodeling to commercial.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you have a good relationship with whomever you are going to have working in your home or office for the time frame .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is there budget. What is my time frame. Allow enough extra money for change orders.
