How did you get started in this business?
In 2007 I started shingle king after working for several of the large companies in the area and didn't like the high pressure tactics they used to sell there services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work primarily with resdential homeowners but, also do commercial roofing. We have done large churches, office buildings, and apartment complexes also.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get 3 estimates. Compare estimates thoroughly.
Don't fall for the buy it today companies.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budget.
Quality.
Ask for references.
Time frame of getting work done.
