What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a quick site survey and measure.
We email a free estimate to the potential client.
The client agrees to the proposal and pays a small deposit.
Once the job is complete and the customer is happy, we clean up and collect the balance.
If the client finds anything that needs fixed or touched-up, we go back free of charge.
