Vanderwist services the greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Cleveland and Northeast Ohio areas. The Vanderwist family has been involved with the irrigation and plumbing industry for over sixty years. Originating from the Cleveland area, Vanderwist of Cincinnati, Inc. moved to its first location in the city of Mason in 1988.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer may contact our office to speak with our Production Coordinator and schedule a time to meet with someone from our Sales staff typically on-site to discuss any details of the project. We will then follow up with a written proposal via e-mail or mail (your preference). If your home is currently under construction, we can provide a proposal based on the customer being able to provide a plot plan and/or landscape drawing. Once we receive a signed contract, we will contact you with more details in order to continue a new install.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing for an installation. All pricing for irrigation and outdoor lighting is based on details of a project. We do offer varying service contracts in regards to maintenance of irrigation/outdoor lighting. Please contact our Service Coordinator to discuss details, [email protected] or 513-398-9533.

Vanderwist of Cincinnati, Inc. has maintained residential and commerical customers in the Cincinnati area since 1988. We work with contractors, developers, commercial accounts large or small as well as service a large service customer base.
