What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us from phone, social media, email, or or web site, we consult with the customer to find out what there needs are and decide if CPM would be a good fit to meet their needs.
After that we set ip an appointment to give free estimate based on our full inspection of the property with the customer.
We give the free estimate in regular mail, email, or in person. If the customer wants to move forward with the project we sign the contract, agree on a price, and collect down payment to purchase materials and place their job in production.
After building the project we collect the final payment and sign off on the warranties.
