What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start the conversation over the phone or text to get an idea of the clients expectations and needs and then set up a short consultation to correctly identify and visualize what the client desires. We offer a No Pressure Estimate and we don't expect payment until the customer is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did Roofing & Construction while I was attending college and continued in the field after graduating by remodeling my own homes, projects for friends and doing all the work for my rental properties. I transitioned out of healthcare and focused full time on Real Estate and Roofing & Construction. My business partner has close to 20 years experience in the Roofing Construction business. We are Certified Roof Inspectors and stay current on Industry standards and practices.

Our pricing varies by the job. We don't want you to fall into a standard quote and over pay. We always start by offering the least expensive options and then give you our honest opinion on what our experience has taught us is the most practical.

We work with Residential Home Owners that need Roofing Inspection, Repair or Replacement.
Siding and window installations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommend hiring someone who doesn't pressure or try to persuade you into any decision. I feel that you can tell a lot about someone by looking them in the eye and asking questions directly. Also, I would recommend only putting a small deposit down if it's fully refundable.
