What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doug Huey received his training in wiring and electronics through the Ohio National Guard where he served as an Electronics Specialist for six years before launching his career in residential security in 1982. In the ’80s, Doug began working for the first residential security provider (Warner Security).
Beginning as a technician, then later promoted to sales, he studied all aspects of the emerging industry and recognized its deficiencies in comprehensive customer service. In 1988, he established The Executive Security Consultants® to provide his customers with the most advanced technology and reliable customer service in the industry.

How did you get started in this business?
Doug’s interest in home security dates back to childhood when his grandfather tragically lost his life at the hands of a home intruder. Doug believes that had home security technology existed at that time, this tragedy might have been avoided. This is why, in the ’80s, Doug began working for the first residential security provider (Warner Security).
