What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to you and find out what you are looking to have done and schedule an estimate to walk through the project with you. I will offer my reccomendations and take notes for exactly what you want done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction field personally since I was old enough to help. I've had 12 years of professional painting experience for various companies.

I felt I offered much higher quality work than the companies I worked for, so I started my own company!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about insurance. Ask their experience and legnth in business. Do your research, and make sure they don't have bad reviews and are a reputable company that will not take your money and run.
As for the project side, ask any questions you may have, if you think something needs done prior to painting. Don't be afraid to ask them how their process works and how they handle their jobs.
