I have been an instructor at a local college for new home inspectors.
Meeting new people and helping home buyers understand how a house works together as a system. I have been inspecting homes for others for about 15 years and remodeled homes prior to that.
In 2019 Ohio required licensed for home inspectors and I have secured the licensed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage customers to attend the inspection if possible to get a better look at the home and how it works. This is a great time to ask questions.
After the inspection a computer generated report with photos will be sent within 24 hours for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2019 the state of Ohio required home inspectors to be licensed. I have secured the licensed.
For over 7 years I was on staff of a local Real Estate college as the Home Inspection, Radon testing and Mold testing instructor.
I typically perform over 250 inspections per year and attend continuing education classes each year.
Before becoming an inspector, I remodeled multiple homes.
