What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new clients includes an overview of dog services needed and/or requested from potential client in initial email message.
We respond to all messages within 24-hours.
Initial contact with client includes a written reply, and a follow-up phone conversation.
Can also include a meet-n-greet with the dog day’s prior to boarding/grooming services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been involved with AKC purebred dogs since 1998. Our initial breed was Yorkshire Terrier, and served as my son’s first bred for Junior Showmanship. In 2004, my son transitioned to Basenjis. We owned and traveled across the country with Basenjis as his primary breed until he aged-out at 18 years of age.
We have also also owned AKC Registere Champion Pug, and Havanese dogs.
We are involved with community service learning with our dogs. My son has participated in MAKE-A-WISH organized by the American Kennel Club with terminally ill children.

Dog Boarding starts @$40/day
Dog Grooming starts @$15 for a nail and/or sanitary trim — @$20 for a basic wash, to $75 and up for a Deluxe Dog Grooming Service.
