What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to look at the job with the customer being present and discuss what they want done. I may give them options or opinions based upon what the job is. Discuss all that needs to be done and write up a quote

4 year apprenticeship with the Union
INSTALL certified - certification for passing the INSTALL certify test to complete apprenticeship program
