What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions about the item of concern, schedule pick up if needed, obtain customer information. Give approximate cost if needed. Give approximate time frame of completion and call if any issues arise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate from Honda and a degree from Stratford Institute. Overall, I have over 25 years of experience in small engine repair.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked along side my dad, helping him repair mowers and other gas equipment when I was a child, and throughout my teenage years. Years later, I was working at a machine shop about 5 years, and the owner passed away. The company wasn't the same after that. I then decided to start my own little business and took my training.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many kinds of customers along the way.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be patient, some parts are hard to get or suppliers are backlogged. Also, call about your item about a month before the season you will use it in.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How should I store this item? What type of gas is best for my item? How do I mix the gas for my item?
