Inspection prices depend upon the size of the house or building and somewhat on the distance to travelto the site.
Most structural engineering consultations are $225.00 within Cuyahoga County. Any design work will be an extra charge.

All types of people and groups who are looking to purchase properties or are interested in maintaining the properies they currently own or live in.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions about experience, procedure, insurance and raise any concerns about the building or house they are interested in.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask any and all questions. There are many possibilities for a customers plans. If we don't have an answer immediately, we will do some research and find it out.
