What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet the customer and their pet and get as much information as possible. I want to know the pets habits, feeding schedule, any medical issues, vet number and any emergency contacts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for 10 years watching all breeds of dogs and have watched horses and donkeys as well.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started walking dogs for a lady who owned a dog walking company. She was a regular customer at the video store I used to work in.
