I've been in the heating business for 20+ years. Customer satisfaction is my favorite part of the job. I want everyone to feel comfortable when I walk in there home and know what ever problem they have will be taken care of in in a timely fashion as if they were a part of my own family..

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will talk over the phone, I can get an idea of what tools or supplies I may need. Then I will come to the job site, your home or business. I will introduce myself and ask you to show me where to find your equipment. I'm willing to go into the attic, basement, roof, or crawlspace! Or where ever else the job takes me
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
N A T E certified. E P A certified over 20 years in the field born to the business my father owned Houser heating and cooling out of Saginaw Michigan and I have four brothers who are currently HVAC engineers and heating contractors

Typically on no heat calls during normal business hours $85 an hour no service fees no hidden charges for electrical and plumbing is a little bit different
