What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask questions about the project they are trying to accomplish. I then match the need with the proper size dumpster as well as proper weight allowances. We always offer a 7 day rental and our rates include all taxes, fees and weight allowances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I left Corporate America after a 20+ succesful career to start a family owned and operated Dumpster business. We are a franchise operator that is one of over 20 locations in the US. We go through franchise training and have all state and federal compliances.
