What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. There isn't a lot of service professionals that are comprehensive, rather they focus on one area, such as mold. Ask how they might be able to help you. Additionally, ask if they offer testing and remediation, as it could be considered a conflict of interest in some situations.
