Russell explained everything he was doing very thoroughly as he went through his inspection, telling us things we should be looking for and things we should be wary of. We were also delighted that he said his nickname among Realtors is The Deal Killer, as about 7 of 10 homes he inspects raise enough red flags that the buyers back out of the purchase. We were especially delighted though as he raved about the home we are purchasing, how well it was maintainted and renovated (even though he found some flaws as well). We felt secure knowing Russell thought highly of the house we were purchasing.

This company was excellent. Our inspector was very professional and explained everything to us. After recieving inspection report we were given the opportunity to contact our inspector with questions. The cost was very resonable.
