Todd is a top notch and very thorough house inspector. I accompanied him on a recent inspection. He spent plenty of time, allowed me to view the same areas he was inspecting and answered all my questions and concerns. The inspection report which arrived later that day was very detailed and specific so I know which issues to work on first. I would highly recommend Todd. He is awesome!
