We offer a writtin 100 day inspection warranty on all of our inspection. Our call office receives calls from customers 8am to 11 pm, 7 days a week. In addition to the over 24 years of experience and the 100 day warranty, we also provide our customers with "Home Binder", a virtual 3-ring notebook that they can access from their computer to keep track of all the details of their new home for years to come as well as "Home Owners Network. This is a total support network the provides multiple benefits, free of charge, such as Pre Screened contractors, Emergency hotline, Recall alerts on appliances, Concierge service to help set up home utilities and a mobile app to access an expert for home questions 24/7.
I enjoy being an advocate for my buyers to be sure they know the material condition of the property they are purchasing. Helping them to know the the purchase they are making will not be more costely then they are expecting. I also enjoy educating my buyers to their home, showing them the systems and how they work, so when they move, they are confortable with their purchase.
My company has been in business over 24 years and has done over 9000 inspection. Our inspectors are certified and licensed, carry professional as well as liability insurance and take many hours of continuing education yearly to keep up with the industry. We are staffed by full time people and do not just run our business on a cell phone like many others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take time to explain the operation of their new home and take time to answer all of you questions. We do not rush through inspection. OUr inspections take between 3 1/2 to 4 hours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors take not only a comprehensive school course, they also are involved in an extensive field internship and have to take a rigorous national exam (the National Home Inspector's exam)

Our pricing is based on a SF basis with some additional costs depending on different amenities in the home

I have 10 years of experience as a general contractor which led me into this business

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Recently we completed a home inspection of a new home, new construction. During the inspection, since our client added our infrared inspection, we were able to find multiple areas of missing insulation in walls and ceilings that would not have been visible.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure they have taken the National Home inspector's exam, they are a member of a national professional organization like ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Also, ask if they offer a written inspection warranty. We office a 100 day written inspection warranty. We stand behind our work
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Determine what they want inspected in addition to the whole house inspection e.g. radon testing, termite, infrared inspection. You need to schedule all needed inspection at the time of your home inspection
