What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
NEW construction: FREE Estimates
Deposit of 30% to cover materials, balance due upon completion.
Service calls: We charge $150 minimum, this covers travel and first 30 minutes on site. Additional charges vary, depending on the scope of work.

Former boiler technician in the US Navy

How did you get started in this business?
Enlisted in the Navy, and was trained to be the boiler technician immediately. I worked for family in a transformer business with exposure to the coils and windings. Received additional hands on experience as well as training for a position with Ellis & Watts, wiring medical trailers.
This is where my lifelong career began.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential property owners, General contractors, store chain project managers in a commercial environment. We have worked in high rise buildings, Malls, strip centers, stand alone buildings, laboratories etc.
Customers have included:
Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, Victoria's Secret, Children's Place, Chicos, White House Black Market, Maurice's, Dress Barn, Vitamin Shoppes, Eyemart Express, Big Lots, Toys R Us, Dick's Sporting Goods, and many others.
