What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I will meet the customer in person and offer a free quote. I really enjoy taking my time and going over the job in detail of what they will expect during the electrical installation/repair process.
I listen carefully to the needs of the customer and always offer my professional opinion of services needed, or not needed in some cases.
Safety is my #1 priority for my customers and will always maintain and safe environment during work and the clean up process.
