I finished business school back in 2018, and this is my first go at my own endeavour - and have been running since early 2021. I love seeing and driving the transition from the before stage to the after stage, but I think my favorite part about this entire industry is simply seeing some of the strange and unique (and sometimes valuable!) things we come across!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with a short text/voice conversation about the project, where we usually ask for some brief pictures of what needs removed. We also offer free in person estimates, as sometimes its simply easier to see what you're working with face to face!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing varies depending on the severity of the job, type of materials being hauled, etc. - this is why we offer free estimates via phone and in person!
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for a local second hand consignment store that also performed estate cleanouts and bought houses at auction, things of that nature. Kind of got pulled in by the multitudes of strange and unique stuff we come across! Years later, I started a partnership with an old friend of mine and then branched off on my own - and here we are!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trailer size is important when pricing quotes from people - always ask for the trailer size. For reference, our's is roughly 12-13cu.yd. or 400 cu.ft
