Talking with the Customer to see what he/she likes dislikes, and also what would they like done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school for computer technology and machinery operation and repair. Snow plowing I picked up from my Dad I learned from watching and then he gave me the drivers seat and I practiced on my Neighbors driveway as well as my own
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The standard push is $20 but depending on location and if you want sidewalks done too that's a $5 additional charge
How did you get started in this business?
my Dad was triaining me to take over the all seasons business before I even knew how to ride a bike. I got older and started branching on my own and I have a smaller truck that fits in nearly every driveway.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any dips in the driveway side steps,drains anything I need to watch out in the driveway so I don't damage my truck
