Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I inspected a one hundred year old home, and it was the biggest challenge I ever had. I loved it because it challenged my intelligence. Lol
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First and foremost trust your own first impressions of the Inspector, because he's the one doing the actual inspection. If you feel he cares about you, he will care about your inspection. Most of us Home Inspectors have had the proper Education, and Ohio has made sure of that by the Licensing Process. Therefore the care of the inspector will determine the outcome.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are You Certified, and Licensed by your state to do Home Inspections?
