What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the new customer at their home and become acquainted with the pets they want me to care for. I become familiar with the home and where supplies are: food, leashes, litter boxes, etc. I go over the routine that the pet is most comfortable with, get information as to their veterinarian and preferences for care. I go over fees and obtain keys or codes to the home. This intake visit is free.
