I do all of my work, regardless of what it is, to absolute perfection. I will make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and comfortable the best way I can. Also, I love animals and to be completely honest with all of you, I don't just do it for the money. I understand that now everyone has the time to care for their pets so it's always good to know you have someone to depend on who's good with animals.
What I enjoy most about my work is all the animals I get to be around.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them dos and donts for their pet(s), and I make sure I know what their pet(s) is/are comfortable with so then I won't have to worry about making any mistakes such as not knowing if their dog or cat is used to getting alot of or something like that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience when it comes to taking care of cats and dogs because growing up, I was the main person caring for the animals in my home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) Where are you from? (Although I'm local, in Rochester, there are MANY towns and areas that'll help you understand how far out I am from you.)
2) Passions and hobbies. (Sometimes, it helps to know what a person does for fun so that it gives some kind of an insight to some of the things they could or would do while watching your pet(s).
3) Background. (It's always good to get know someone's background because then you can feel more assured about whether or not he or she is fit for the job.)
