What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need to see proof of vaccinations for dogs and cats, plus proof of heartworm test in the summer months for dogs.
We will gladly answer any questions that you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in biology, and have 40 years of experience in training, boarding and grooming. I am constantly learning and going to on line seminars whenever possible so I can keep up with the latest knowledge.
