What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm in contact with a new customer. I listen to what their needs and concerns are.
I then either estimate a price and a plan of action. Based on what I've been told. Or I will meet with the customer and personally see what is needed to complete the project and make an estimate at that time
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard price list of what I do. I gave basic guidelines add starting points.
Then I base the final price on the project itself

I work with home owners, realtors, landlords, contractors, law firms, do it yourselfers and businesses.
