At Swifto, we provide GPS-tracked dog walks by highly qualified, insured, bonded, dog walking professionals who have gone through vigorous training. We only do private walks, no packs. We provide dog walks as early as 6 AM and as late as 11 PM 7 days a week. We have 2-hour time windows so for example between 1-3 PM. This just means the walker can arrive anytime within the window to start the walk!
Our walks include a complimentary meet and greet with a dog walker, GPS tracking, live text alerts when the walk starts and ends, live poop alerts, a message from the walker via text, a map of where they went on the walk, and photos from the walk sent directly to email. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we know the clients needs in terms of the schedule needed, address and dog's needs, we will then create an account for the client and pair them with the best dog walker that we see fit.
At that point, we will arrange a complimentary meet and greet between the dog walker and the client, and if all goes well, we'll start providing the dog walks.
Clients can also register on our website directly at https://www.swifto.com, at which point, after receiving the request we will then call the client to go over their profile, and then proceed to pairing them with the best dog walker for their needs, arrange the complimentary meet and greet, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our dog walkers go through an extensive training process.
This includes learning about animal behavior in general as well as any safety consideration in regards to dog walking, practicing with different types of harnesses, practice dog walks etc.

30 minute dog walk is $30
45 minute dog walk is $36
1 hour dog walk is $42
For the second dog in the same household- it's another $7 per walk.
