What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usual introduce myself to the customer and then ask the customer what is the matter at hand whether I'm there troubleshooting or installing light heat or power
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to George Westinghouse Vocational H.S maj. Mechanical Drafting then I went to Queensborough Community College and took Electrical Engineering and went to Berk Trade School and graduated in 1986
How did you get started in this business?
I got started by working for many Companies and I would pick up good things that each company did and eventually I realized that I didn't have to be frustrated with a Company anymore.
