Began working in the HVAC field back 1980, I always enjoyed the challenge of troubleshooting and getting to the source of the problem. I still field the same and like making it right.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer and there needs, wheather it's repair work or installation project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Technical Carrier Institute in New York City back in 1980 for H.V.A.C. learned electrical, plumbing and refrigeration. All the tools needed for the field.
