What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts first with an introduction to the customer; by stating who I am, what I am about and the company that I worked for. The next step is to allow the customer to state the problem he/she is experiencing and to indicate the location where the job will be performed in relation to repair or Installation worked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i) Bsc. Electrical Engineering
ii) Electrical Installation
iii) National Electrical Code
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I would not able to give any specific details regard the pricing however every job a do is related to the market.
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked with several Electrical companies where I was able to expand on my knowledge and expertise in various electrical systems. I've worked on many projects from lighting, outlet, appliances, switches, sensors, motor devices, transformers etc. Now I operate a small Electrical contracting company mostly targeting small jobs around my community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly Residential Customers
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Consult with a third party representative of who he might worked with or let him present some qualifications in relation to his profession.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
i) What is the current problem with my electrical appliance, fixture or panel?
What is the cost of the repair work on my broken electrical equipment?
ii) What would it cost me to carry out my installation project?
iii) How much does my repair project will cost?
