My typical process for working with a new customer is to understand the final look of what he or she wants and to help them in the process but never taking over their project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 yrs of experience in home improvement ranging from a bathroom remodel to a 1900sq feet two story extension on a house.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No I look at the job and give an estimate based on time and materials, however I will discounts to seniors and military persons.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started working in the union but it was helping people that started me down the trail of doing it full time and of course charging for it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've work with different personalities and income brackets I'll work with anyone who's willing to work with me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Watch out for the guys in the brand new shiny trucks with the Rolex on and smooth hands lol.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should think through the details of what they want done and what is the character and the patience level of the contractor that their going to be working with, that is even more important than a good price on the project.
