What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review the customers request and information provided on their pet. I determine if it is breed I can accomodate services for.
If yes I will reply prompty and greet the client and share a little information on me and ask any additonal questions I may have about their pet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from dog grooming school in 2000 and I am certified by the State of Nevada.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is based after I evaluate the reqest. With grooming I set the price after meeting the dog, and in most cases it stay the same for return visits.
