AFR Construction
About
AFR Construction is a family-owned and operated company in Las Vegas, NV. Our close-knit group of employees and smaller organization size allows us the benefit of paying attention to detail when other companies don't. Most of our supervisors and many of our employees have been with the company since the beginning and have provided excellent customer service and work for 10 years and counting.
Bringing a customer's distant dream to full-fledged reality is the best feeling. We really live for helping to improve the design, or, offering suggestions on what we would do with the space if it were one of our own homes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have been very big supporters of Houzz.com for the last several years. The way that Houzz allows collaboration with clients during the planning stages of a remodel has been a game changer for us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
How did you get started in this business?
AFR Construction was started in 2008 as a necessity for the water damage restoration side of our company. We couldn't find consistent, reliable contractors to rebuild our customers homes, so, we decided to do it ourselves.
What types of customers have you worked with?
AFR Construction has worked with and for any type of person, company or organization you can think of. We have done work everywhere in Las Vegas, from the smallest apartment, to some of the biggest casinos in our city.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There's no real specific event, other than being able to minimize the inconvenience for homeowners while we are working to bring their vision to life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. All the questions you can think of. A pro that is on the level won't hesitate to answer you honestly, directly and won't dodge the question. If you're asking about pricing, allow them time to put together an estimate or to find out the information for you accurately.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We like for a client to have at least a good idea what they want to accomplish with a remodel. If they know what materials they want, even better, but, knowing how they want the space to function is most important, that way we can understand how to acheive that goal.
