What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new client is to start with a 30 minute conversation. Talk about what to do in case emergency if the owner is not home. I will follow orders and make sure to take care of their pets, homes, or children. I will do chores and make sure the house looks just how it did before the owner(s) left. I have a lot of responsibility
