Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first time speaking over the phone, email or in person, we will obtain all of the customer’s information including; phone number, email address, as well as project location. We will also ask what you are looking to get done, and other specific questions that pertain to the work the customer is looking to get done. At this time we will assess if an estimator will need to be sent to the site or if pictures are needed to evaluate the project. Once all the information on the project is gathered we send a quote to the customer. If the customer accepts the quote they will sign it though Docu-sign and the job will be placed on the schedule when it works best for all parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New Mexico EE98 and GB98 contracting licenses and NABCP Solar PV National Certifications.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Costco, Apple Store, Burlington Coat Factory, Old Navy, Ross, Santa Ana Golf Club, Albuquerque Public Schools, NM Dept. of Public Transportation, Family Dollar and many more.
