What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initiate contact to find out all information from the homeowner to see exactly what they are looking for. We then schedule an appointment to see the property and get a preliminary design that we can quote. When all the designing is agreed upon we can give a to the penny quote for the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Project manager has 30+ years experience building gunite swimming pools and our foreman has been in the industry for 5 years and is up to date on all the technology that is out there to make your pool a smart pool.
