What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to meet in person to survey the job. Ones we are familiar with the job we can make an estimate and tend to every need a customer will have.
How did you get started in this business?
Growing up in Ukraine everything we did was done by hand. From building an addition to the house to constructing a barn or a shed. When we came to this country in 1989 we started out in the construction business working for others. As of 2020 decided to go on our own due to high demand for side jobs. Opened up our own company and work for our selfs

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't look for cheapest. What you pay for is what you get. But always do research on all your contractors. We had to redo many jobs due to negligence and lack of knowledge of the job by other contractors.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The cost involved and time frame. Never pay full price ahead. Never!!! If they ask for full price in advance run.
