Value Painting, L.L.C. has been servicing customers for over 22 years, providing a high level of customer service. We specialize in Custom Interior Painting and Faux Finishes. In the Spring, early Summer and Fall we provide Deck Restoration services to our customers in addition to the Interior Painting. We do provide limited Exterior Painting services as well. We feature paints from Benjamin-Moore and Sherwin Williams. We have painting options for all budgets and offer free in home estimates. We take great pride in providing a clean, efficient, economical service and derive a great deal of satisfaction from seeing our customers happy with the results. We provide all related services such as drywall repair and wallpaper removal. All work is Owner Operated/Supervised and we are Licensed and Insured. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I make contact I look to schedule an appointment for a free estimate that works for both our schedules. On the estimate as the customer shows me the areas to be painted, I ask many questions to determine what the customer wants and at the same time I am observing if certain tasks they are requesting really need to be done. Not every paint job is the same and an example is in many cases the ceilings and window trim are in pristine condition and the customer can save some money by not painting them. I will then email the customer the estimate within 48 hours. If, the customer wants to move forward I will comeback to the house, review the estimate, sign the contract, secure a deposit (25% of the job), schedule the job and leave a color wheel to make it easier with the color selection process.
