I get on a call or message with client and listen to the issues they are having and I give them suggestions on what the job implies and how I plan to fix. I give them the estimate and come out to their home to further diagnose and resolve.

I work with the client and give flat fees for any electrical replacements such as fixtures, switches, outlets, panels, etc. I charge a $145 fee for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems for the first hour.

I began working with my uncle in home improvement and branched off into an Electrical company after graduating school.

All customers, I love to work for everyone, my passion is Electrical so I am more than happy to work in anyones home or business to resolve electrical needs. I have worked for everyone from trailer homes to hotels, nursing homes, office buildings, and hospitals.

I would suggest they ask other companies or the internet to make sure the professional is providing a fair service and solving what needs to be solved and not trying to rip anyone off. I advise them to trust their gut and if one does not seem professional or knowledgeable then they should call someone else.

They should ask about materials needed, time frames that the work will be completed, and pricing.
