Making sure that they are aware that I am a professional with over 20 years experience in the electrical industry and general maintenance,and that I am there to meet their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an Electrician for 25 years. Licensed and fully insured.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
If it's just to give a quote I charge $120,but that only applies to the distance of travel,which is more than 10miles away.
But most quotes I can give right over the phone after obtaining more details.
How did you get started in this business?
I started by working for the DPW in Paterson,NJ working on traffic lights. I liked so I went to school and became an Electrician.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Doesn't matter. You have a problem, or you want to upgrade,I'm there for any customer.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well I'm happy the US government finally disclosed to us that UFO'S exist. Can't wait to see what happens next.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do their homework on pricing because that allows them to see how affordable Iam.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Exactly what they are trying to get done.
