What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls our office and we record their information and what work or service is requested. We schedule the call for the next available opening and we arrive at the customers home within a prearranged time window. We diagnose the issues and reccomend a course of repair, replacement or installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Plumber and master HVAC licenses are held by the owner of the company.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each call is unique but a standard 1/2 hour service call, which covers travel time to the homeowners house and any remaining portion of that 1/2 hour is $125. Each addditional hour is $145 and these rates only apply to minor repairs. Equipment replacements and installations are quoted as a fixed price.
How did you get started in this business?
I stared in 1983 as a plumbers helper, attended Apprentice school, tested and passed the NJ Master Plumbers exam in 1988 and the NJ Master HVAC licene was granted to me at the inception of the license requirement in 2016.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
We are one of the few companies in the area that respond to customers needs promptly and on time.
