About
I'll fix your issue(s) asap, which costs you less money. I have 33 years experience. I've worked on my own for 17 years.
I can wire up your whole house for WiFi, Security and mount your TVs. I also mount security cameras with night-vision.
I also dabble with Stereo Systems as a hobby but, can help you with surround sound as well.
I enjoy fixing things.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new customer calls or emails me and explains what's going on. based on that information I try to figure out what the issue is and then offer suggestions to fix it on the spot over the phone or if parts are needed i explain what they should cost and how much time the job should take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the computer support field since 1994.
I built my own PC at 12 years old in 1983. I was a programmer from 20 years old to 26 years old. From 26 years old to now (52 years old) I have fixed computers for 50 or so clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge 1 hour minimum if I must come to your location.
If I can fix your issue over the phone / Remote Desktop / TeamViewer then I charge 30 mins minimum and 15 mins increments after that.
My rate depends on if I have to travel far, do I have to pay tolls, do I have to pay to park. Is parking very expensive? If you have your own parking lot then my rate will be less.
How did you get started in this business?
I always had a love for personal computers and they become a hobby and were fun to work on. Someone wanted to pay me to setup their network in 1994 and it was a lot more money than my regular AutoCAD Drafting Job and more work came from that and I never stopped.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone with a lot of experience otherwise you'll waste a lot of time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Does the issue happen all the time?
Did you try unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds? While the cord is unplugged press in the power button with your finger and hold for 20 seconds. Release and plug it back in and turn your PC on. Did that fix your issue? If so, send me a note and let me know. You're Welcome!
